Get a Six-Pack in Three Easy Steps with Public Liability Insurance

If you've spent most of the Christmas period eating your bodyweight in peanuts and pretzels, then no doubt you will need to lose some of that excess flab and tighten up those abs for the New Year. Thankfully I found a novel approach to strengthening those stomach muscles - one that I stumbled upon by chance after reading my renewed public liability insurance documents. Indeed, hidden between the lines of this document were clever workout routines and all manner of personal improvement theories just waiting to be found. Whether or not these coveted policies contain a wealth of hidden truths still waiting to be found remains to be seen. In either case, it's true what they say: true inspiration really does come from the strangest of sources.

Seriously: You can get great public liability quotes from HERE!

Exercise 1: The Clause

Lie on your back and lift your arms, keeping your palms flat and your fingers stretched apart. Lift your back and neck, and with each rise say "nay to compensation claims!". Gently lower yourself after each affirmation. You can change the affirmation with each lift - I find a mixture of using "health and safety is my friend" and "law-suits are the enemy" also works well. Repeat twenty times.

Exercise 2: Data Protection

This exercise is calming for the mind and promotes effective detoxification, excellent for quelling the January blues. Start by finding a hard vertical surface such as a wall and, standing with your back pressed against it firmly, bend your legs with your arms outstretched. With each bend, exhale and slowly say the following syllables: Pre-Me-Um. This exercise works best with a friend or co-worker; have your assistant hold out your arms for you as they gently chant the words "lower" or "reduction". Repeat ten times.

Exercise 3: Infringement of Intellectual Rights

Standing with your back straight and your hand on your hips, rotate your hips in a clockwise circular motion and, after five rotations, thrust forward and shout "unintentional misuse!"
Continue five times in a counter-clockwise fashion and then shout "breach of confidence!" Repeat 10 times.

Continuing this novel exercise regimen twice-daily will soon see you donning a more muscular-looking stomach and also helps in promoting a positive approach to keeping your business secure from unwanted claims.
